bet365 Mastercard

As of 23rd May 2025 customers in Spain will no longer be able to apply for a bet365 Mastercard®. Customers with an existing bet365 Mastercard® can still use the card and Withdraw as normal.

Giving you instant access to your winnings

With the bet365 Mastercard® you can withdraw winnings from your account to your card, allowing you to instantly access your funds from any ATM where prepaid Mastercard is accepted and make online or in-store purchases. Funds held on your bet365 Mastercard can also be deposited back to your bet365 account.

Application and Activation

Once you have received your bet365 Mastercard, you will need to follow the instructions in the accompanying letter to unlock your card.

Once you have activated your card, the PIN that you will need to use for your bet365 Mastercard at Point of Sale or an ATM can be obtained by visiting the bet365 Mastercard portal which can be accessed by going to the bet365 Mastercard page within the Bank section of the Members area. How to use your bet365 Mastercard

Only winnings from Sports bets settled to your bet365 Mastercard withdrawable balance can be withdrawn from your account to your bet365 Mastercard. For example, if you deposit €20 to your account via your normal payment method, then place a €10 bet which returns €40, you will only be able to withdraw the €40 returns to your bet365 Mastercard and not the remaining €10 of your deposit.

Once funded, your bet365 Mastercard works like any prepaid Mastercard card. You will be able to access your cash from any ATM where prepaid Mastercard is accepted, make online purchases on any site accepting prepaid Mastercard cards, as well as making in-store purchases instantly with Mastercard contactless where prepaid Mastercard cards are accepted. Please note that although bet365 does not apply a charge for cash withdrawals, some ATM providers might.

The maximum ATM Cash Withdrawal transaction value is €200, with a daily limit of €1,000.00 in total. The maximum balance you can have at any one time on the bet365 Mastercard is €10,000.00. For full information on fees and limits, please see our FAQs .
