My Alerts gives you the choice of bet and live event alerts on your mobile
Bet Alerts
Keep track of your bets as events unfold.
How it works

Log in to your account and go to the Services menu in the top right corner then select 'My Alerts' to amend your preferences.

Turn on Winning Bets notifications to be updated when your bet is settled as a winner.

Enable Auto Cash Out alerts and be notified when your bet is paid out as a result of your Auto Cash Out rule being met.
Event Alerts
Keep up-to-date with your selected Soccer, Tennis and Basketball action.
How it works

Log in to your account and navigate to the relevant coupon or In-Play section for the match or competition that you wish to follow, then select the My Alerts bell icon to choose which updates you require.

Once enabled, select 'View Event Alerts' from the My Alerts menu to view, update and remove any existing Event Alerts you have set up. You can also do this from the coupon or In-Play section where you originally enabled the Event Alert.
A range of notifications is available on each sport, with options including:
- Soccer – Kick Off, Goals, Corners, Substitutions, Yellow and Red Cards, Half Time Result, Full Time Result, Penalties and Penalties Missed. Team-specific alerts can also be set for a week or the whole season.
- Tennis – Start of Match, Final Score, Game Results and Set Results.

Basketball – Start of Match, Start of Quarter, Start of Half, Result of Quarter, Half Time Result, Result of Match and Point by Point Score.
My Alerts is available on the bet365 iOS and Android mobile app and mobile site (Android using Chrome browser only), as well as the bet365 website on desktop (Chrome browser only). This includes both Bet Alerts and Event Alerts.
